My name is Mathias, and I’m a curious mind working as a leader to move teams towards finding solutions to challenging topics in the world of engineering and beyond.

I gained technical background in my studies of electrical engineering with a focus on communications engineering and I strengthened my business perspective on the world with a Master in Business Administration (MBA).

I want to give people the opportunity
to do things, they love doing.

Besides my passion for performing together in the corporate world, I enjoy mountains, music and espresso outside the office. Having lived in different parts of the world has broadened my perspective on life and on the various ways people approach it.

As a founding member and honorary choir director of My Lovely Mr. Singing Club (MLMSC) I enjoy their acapella music when they’re giving a concert and I appreciate the learnings from the journey we started together from first rehearsal to concerts in famous locations in Munich.

Going to the mountains taught me about my own ambitions, how to achieve moving towards targets and the importance of teamwork. Bringing people together to share their passion for mountaineering was something I started when organising trips with friends and it evolved into founding the International Mountaineering Group (IMG) of DAV Section Munich.

If you’re wondering about the espresso – life is just too short to drink bad coffee. This is why, at some point in time, I stopped drinking coffee from the corporate world coffee machines, but I still enjoy my espresso (pure! no milk, no sugar).
